GOD WILL MAKE A WAY WHERE THERE SEEMS TO BE NO WAY!

      REMEMBER!
God will make a way
Where there seems to be no way
He works in ways we cannot see
He will make a way for me
He will be my guide
Hold me closely to His side
With love and strength for each new day
He will make a way
He will make a way
Sorry for indulging you with my bad singing. Social media companies have been very strict about music and video copyright infringement. In my last video, I included a short “Wizard of Oz” clip and was warned about possible copyright infringement, especially if my content was ever “monetized.” But I’m far from making viral, monetized videos, and I keep telling Dee, my wife, that my video posts are, in fact, very “un-viral.” So instead of using a music clip and risking social media strikes and a possible ouster from social media sites, I sang this snippet. I hope you’ll forgive me.
I’m Arlen Yoder of the Soulwinnnersr.us website. Remember, the angels in heaven rejoice when a family member or friend gives their heart to Jesus.
The title of my post today is, “GOD WILL MAKE A WAY WHERE THERE SEEMS TO BE NO WAY!” My title page has a picture of Moses and the Israelites trapped between the advancing Egyptian army and the impassable Red Sea, where the Israelites faced certain capture until God split the waters right as the Egyptians closed in. I think the parting of the Red Sea is one of the most iconic examples of where God ‘made a way where there seemed to be no way!’
The Bible, however, has other events just like that. I’ll name six others:
  •  #1: In Genesis 21, Abraham had a son at 100. God promised Abraham a long line of descendants, as many “as the dust of the earth”. But Abraham still had no son with Sarah. It seemed impossible that God could fulfill the promise at their age. But God ‘made a way where there seemed to be no way!’
  • #2: In Genesis 22, God instructed Abraham to sacrifice Isaac as a burnt offering. Abraham didn’t question God. He tied Isaac, his only heir and the one through whom God would fulfill His promise, to the altar. But just as Abraham raised the knife to sacrifice his son, an angel of the Lord stopped him at the final second and provided a ram caught in a thicket. God ‘made a way where there seemed to be no way!’
  • #3 and 4: In Daniel 3 and 6, two stories were told of four of God’s precious servants who were saved from destruction. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were saved from the fiery furnace, and Daniel was saved when God shut the mouths of the lions. In both cases, God ‘made a way where there seemed to be no way!’
  • #5: In John 11, Jesus arrived four days after Lazarus died and had been placed in the tomb. Jesus raised Lazarus back to life when all hope of medical or natural recovery was gone. God ‘made a way where there seemed to be no way!’
  • #6: In the final chapters of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, the disciples were despondent when Jesus was crucified. They saw no way forward after their Lord and Savior was no longer there to guide them. Then Jesus appeared to them, systematically and miraculously. He proved that ‘HE WAS RISEN INDEED!’ God, in His most awesome deed, ‘made a way where there seemed to be no way!’
So, are YOU waiting on promises from God that seem impossible for Him to fulfill? Remember, “God will make a way where there seems to be no way!”
Do you fear you don’t have enough money to live on and to feed yourself and your family? Remember, “God will make a way where there seems to be no way!”
Do you have loved ones and friends whom God has promised to save, and it seems to be taking so long that you fear it will never happen? Remember, “God will make a way where there seems to be no way!”
And lastly, when you come to the end of yourself and all your own resources, remember:
God will make a way
Where there seems to be no way
He works in ways we cannot see
He will make a way for me
He will be my guide
Hold me closely to His side
With love and strength for each new day
He will make a way
He will make a way
      See you next time.
